GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGE

FOR ALL NEW AND EXISTING BOOKINGS FALLING ON PERIOD OF STAY 31.03.14 AND ONWARDS THE "TOURISM DIRHAM" FEE OF AED 20 (6$) PER EACH ROOM/BEDROOM, PER NIGHT WILL BE APPLIED BY THE HOTEL AND WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY BY HOTEL GUESTS AT CHECK-OUT/CHECK-IN.

MEALS

Buffet Breakfast will be served at All Day Dining Restaurant.       

Half Board includes breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner in of the outlets: Eighty-One, Republik (booking required for dinner). One meal includes 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person in the a la carte restaurants. No beverages are included in the package.

All Inclusive Dine Around includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on full dine-around in all outlets. These meal includes 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person in the a la carte restaurants. The package also includes snacks like Ice lollie's, crisps, nuts and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol service as part of All DA Package is from 11:00am until 12:00 midnight. Items on the food menu indicated with a Chef's Hat are not part of the package. This excludes Mini-bar & in-room dining.

All Inclusive (available in Standard Room only) includes:

Breakfast in Eighty-One.

Lunch in Eighty-One, La Fontana and Anchor (JA Palm Tree Court), Captain's (JA Beach).

Dinner in: Eighty-One, IBN Majed (JA Beach).

Pre & post dinner drinks in Vasco Da Gama (JA Beach), Eighty-One Lounge.

Drinks by the pool in Palmito Pool Bar and Anchor Pool Bar (JA Palm Tree), Lakeside Cafe and The Vibe.

One meal includes 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person in the a la carte restaurants. Any Chef's Specials and/or special events in these outlets are excluded.

NEW YEAR POLICY

Christmas Eve Dinner & Christmas Day Lunch are compulsory on 24/12 and 25/12.

Check-out are not permitted on 31.12.22, 01.01.23

New Year Eve Gala Dinner is compulsory on 31st December. Guests staying on HB will be served lunch only.

Compulsory Easter Sunday Lunch on 09/04.
